Go for happy & powerful thoughts when you start a day or an activity
1. എന്നെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്ന ദൈവം | God who loves me
മലകള് അകന്നു പോയേക്കാം; കുന്നുകള് മാറ്റപ്പെട്ടേക്കാം. എന്നാല്, എന്റെ അചഞ്ചലമായ സ്നേഹം നിന്നെ പിരിയുകയില്ല. (ഏശയ്യാ 54:10)
God loves me unconditionally like a parent loves a child. He is kind and compassionate to me. He accepts me as I am. I am valuable to God and I feel worthy. I am a child of God and He loves me for who I am (not for what I do or what I have). I am loved unconditionally and so passionately.
[Tip: Read the verse a few times until you feel the associated emotions in your body: feeling loved, safe, supported, ..; note down if you get any insights or inspirations. Visualize the verse is happening in your life, the best possible way. Try to amplify the emotions. Do the same for each verse you read.]
2. എന്നെ പരിപാലിക്കുന്ന ദൈവം | God who protects me
ഇതാ, ഞാന് നിന്നോടു കൂടെയുണ്ട്. നീ പോകുന്നിടത്തെല്ലാം ഞാന് നിന്നെ കാത്തു രക്ഷിക്കും. (ഉല്പത്തി 28:15)
God protects me. God is holding my hands. I feel safe and secure.
3. എന്നെ സഹായിക്കുന്ന ദൈവം | God who helps me
പര്വതങ്ങളിലേക്കു ഞാന് കണ്ണുകള് ഉയര്ത്തുന്നു; എനിക്കു സഹായം എവിടെ നിന്നു വരും? എനിക്കു സഹായം കര്ത്താവില് നിന്നു വരുന്നു; ആകാശവും ഭൂമിയും സൃഷ്ടിച്ച കര്ത്താവില് നിന്ന്. (സങ്കീര്ത്തനങ്ങള് 121:1-2)
I depend on God for everything. He helps me whenever I ask for His help.
4. എന്നെ ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ദൈവം | God who strengthens me
ദൈവത്തില് ആശ്രയിക്കുന്നവര് വീണ്ടും ശക്തി പ്രാപിക്കും; അവര് കഴുകന്മാരെ പ്പോലെ ചിറകടിച്ചുയരും. അവര് ഓടിയാലും ക്ഷീണിക്കുകയില്ല; നടന്നാല് തളരുകയുമില്ല. (ഏശയ്യാ 40:31)
ഭയപ്പെടേണ്ടാ, ഞാന് നിന്നോടു കൂടെയുണ്ട്. സംഭ്രമിക്കേണ്ടാ, ഞാനാണ് നിന്റെ ദൈവം. ഞാന് നിന്നെ ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുകയും സഹായിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും. എന്റെ വിജയകരമായ വലത്തുകൈ കൊണ്ടു ഞാന് നിന്നെ താങ്ങി നിര്ത്തും. (ഏശയ്യാ 41:10)
God is my strength. I feel bold, courageous and confident. With God’s help, I can do what I cannot do myself. I am confident to confront any issues, situations or persons today.
5. എനിക്ക് വിജയം തരുന്ന ദൈവം | God who gives me victory
നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ കര്ത്താവ്, വിജയം നല്കുന്ന യോദ്ധാവ്, നിന്റെ മധ്യേ ഉണ്ട്. (സെഫാനിയ 3:17)
God gives me victory. I feel certainty of success. I am a winner. I am succeeding in my professional and personal goals.
6. എനിക്ക് നല്ല ഭാവി നൽകുന്ന ദൈവം | God who blesses me
നഗരത്തിലും വയലിലും നീ അനുഗൃഹീതനായിരിക്കും. നിന്റെ സന്തതികളും വിളവുകളും .. അനുഗ്രഹിക്കപ്പെടും. സകല പ്രവൃത്തികളിലും നീ അനുഗൃഹീതനായിരിക്കും. നിനക്ക് അഭിവൃദ്ധിയുണ്ടാകും. (നിയമാവര്ത്തനം 28:1-14) | more…

7. എന്നെ വഴി നടത്തുന്ന ദൈവം | God who guides me holding my hand
നിന്റെ വഴികളില് നിന്നെ കാത്തുപാലിക്കാന് അവിടുന്നു തന്റെ ദൂതന്മാരോടു കല്പിക്കും. നിന്റെ പാദം കല്ലില് തട്ടാതിരിക്കാന് അവര് നിന്നെ കൈകളില് വഹിച്ചു കൊള്ളും. (സങ്കീര്ത്തനങ്ങള് 91:11-12)
God gives me clarity on the direction and the path to take today.
8. എന്നെ സൗഖ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ദൈവം | God who heals me
ഞാന് നിന്നെ സുഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന കര്ത്താവാണ്. (പുറപ്പാട് 15:26)
എന്റെ ദൈവമായ കര്ത്താവേ, ഞാനങ്ങയോടു നിലവിളിച്ച് അപേക്ഷിച്ചു, അവിടുന്ന് എന്നെ സുഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തു. (സങ്കീര്ത്തനങ്ങള് 30:2)
God heals me. I am free from anything that destroys my health. I am free from any disempowering negative emotions. (Release any stress, worry, hurt, anger, guilt, …)
9. എന്നോട് കാരുണ്യം കാണിക്കുന്ന ദൈവം | God who is compassionate to me
കര്ത്താവിന്റെ സ്നേഹം ഒരിക്കലും അസ്തമിക്കുന്നില്ല; അവിടുത്തെ കാരുണ്യം അവസാനിക്കുന്നില്ല. ഓരോ പ്രഭാതത്തിലും അതു പുതിയതാണ്. (വിലാപങ്ങള് 3:22-23)
ആകയാല്, ഇപ്പോള് യേശുക്രിസ്തുവിനോട് ഐക്യപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നവര്ക്കു ശിക്ഷാവിധിയില്ല. (റോമാ 8:1)
God is compassionate to me. He has forgiven my sins and mistakes. He is giving me grace to live a renewed/holy life.
10. എന്റെ എല്ലാ ആവശ്യങ്ങളും നടത്തിത്തരുന്ന ദൈവം | God who is my provider
കര്ത്താവാണ് എന്റെ ഇടയന്; എനിക്കൊന്നിനും കുറവുണ്ടാവുകയില്ല. (സങ്കീ. 23:1)
God hears my prayers. He will provide me everything I need.
11. ദൈവം നൽകിയ അനുഗ്രഹങ്ങൾക്ക് നന്ദി പറയാം | Let us thank God
പൂര്ണഹൃദയത്തോടെ ഞാന് കര്ത്താവിനു നന്ദിപറയും; അവിടുത്തെ അദ്ഭുത പ്രവൃത്തികള് ഞാന് വിവരിക്കും. (സങ്കീര്ത്തനങ്ങള് 9:1)
I am feeling great. I am grateful for everything God has done for me.
12. ഈശോ തരുന്ന സമാധാനവും ആനന്ദവും സ്വീകരിക്കുക | Receive peace and joy
എന്റെ സമാധാനം നിങ്ങള്ക്കു ഞാന് നല്കുന്നു. (യോഹന്നാന് 14:27)
I feel joy, love and abundance. I feel peace and harmony. I enjoy the freedom that Jesus gives. I feel deep connection with God. Holy Spirit is in me. (Ask Holy Spirit to take control of your thoughts, words and deeds for today).
I am overflowing with gratitude and happiness. I feel excited about the day. I am confident to handle any issues, people or situations today. I am filled with energy and feel very powerful.
Please close your eyes and recall those great feelings or emotions (joy, peace, love, abundance, strength, gratitude, feeling protected, ..) and stay there for some time. Lock those emotions in you! Do this meditation for 3 or more weeks to get these positive emotions as your default nature.
Affirmation: In Jesus, I am feeling Happy…Healthy…Powerful…Peaceful now.
