Like St. Paul, decide to live a life of purpose; have clear goals and plans in this New Year.
ബുദ്ധിമാന് ജ്ഞാനോന്മുഖനായിരിക്കുന്നു; ഭോഷന്റെ ദൃഷ്ടി അങ്ങുമിങ്ങും അലഞ്ഞു തിരിയുന്നു. (സുഭാഷിതങ്ങള് 17:24) | An intelligent person aims at wise action, but a fool starts off in many directions. (Proverbs 17:24)
To achieve your dreams in life, you’ll need to decide what really matters in your life and focus on that.
സംശയമനസ്കനും എല്ലാകാര്യങ്ങളിലും ചഞ്ചല പ്രകൃതിയുമായ ഒരുവന് എന്തെങ്കിലും കര്ത്താവില് നിന്നു ലഭിക്കുമെന്നു കരുതരുത്. (യാക്കോബ് 1:7) | For the doubter, being double-minded and unstable in every way, must not expect to receive anything from the Lord. (James 1:7)
God expects you to have clear intentions and goals (goals that are SMART – Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timely)
നിങ്ങളുടെ വിശ്വാസം പോലെ നിങ്ങള്ക്കു ഭവിക്കട്ടെ. (മത്തായി 9:29) | According to your faith let it be done to you. (Matthew 9:29)
Once you have figured out what matters most, set goals big enough to require faith. God’s blessing depends on the size of your faith.
നിങ്ങള് ധീരന്മാരായിരിക്കുവിന്. നിങ്ങളുടെ കൈകള് തളരാതിരിക്കട്ടെ. നിങ്ങളുടെ പ്രവൃത്തികള്ക്കു പ്രതിഫലം ലഭിക്കും. (2 ദിനവൃത്താന്തം 15:7) | Be strong and do not give up, for your work will be rewarded. (2 Chronicles 15:7)
Once you have set your goals and plans, take action consistently to reach your goals; and get the rewards.
എന്നെ ശക്തനാക്കുന്നവനിലൂടെ എല്ലാം ചെയ്യാന് എനിക്കു സാധിക്കും. (ഫിലിപ്പി 4:13) | I can do all this through him who gives me strength. (Philippians 4:13)
Once you develop this type of faith in Jesus, you will be immune to modern illnesses such as stress and worry and you will have the courage, confidence and strength to accomplish whatever you set your mind on.
