Good Morning! Start the day with an inspiring Word of God.
*മറ്റുള്ളവര് നിങ്ങള്ക്കു ചെയ്തു തരണമെന്നു നിങ്ങള് ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നതെല്ലാം നിങ്ങള് അവര്ക്കു ചെയ്യുവിന്.* (മത്തായി 7:12) | _In everything, do to others what you would have them do to you._ (Matthew 7:12)
Apply this ‘golden rule’ of relationship every day to transform your relationships. This includes accepting others as they are (avoid judgement, criticism and blame), connecting with a friendly smile, thanking/ complimenting/ encouraging, listening without interrupting, gifting, and helping.
*ഹൃദയം നുറുങ്ങിയവര്ക്കു കര്ത്താവ് സമീപസ്ഥനാണ്; മനമുരുകിയവരെ അവിടുന്നു രക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.* (സങ്കീര്ത്തനങ്ങള് 34:18) | _The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit._ (Psalm 34:18)
*ഞാന് അതു (ദൈവവചനം) ഭക്ഷിച്ചു. എന്റെ വായില് അതു തേന്പോലെ മധുരിച്ചു.* (എസെക്കിയേല് 3:3) | _I ate it, and it tasted as sweet as honey in my mouth._ (Ezekiel 3:3)
When you go through the Daily Word, are you feeling refreshed and energized? Instead of just glancing or reading it, recite the verse a few times until you feel positive vibrations in your body and mind. Read the verse like how you sip your morning coffee, fully enjoying each drop of it. After reading today’s verse, can you feel the taste of honey on your tongue? Read the verse again and amplify that feeling for a few seconds – that refreshing feeling will continue throughout the day.

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go._ (Joshua 1:9)
*നിങ്ങള് എന്നില് വസിക്കുകയും എന്റെ വാക്കുകള് നിങ്ങളില് നില നില്ക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നെങ്കില് ഇഷ്ടമുള്ളതു ചോദിച്ചു കൊള്ളുക; നിങ്ങള്ക്കു ലഭിക്കും.* (യോഹന്നാന് 15:7) | _If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you._ (John 15:7)
What a promise from Jesus! (Some promises are extremely powerful but are conditional.)
*അവിടുത്തെ സഹായത്താല് ഞാന് സൈന്യനിരയെ ഭേദിക്കും; എന്റെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ സഹായത്താല് ഞാന് കോട്ട ചാടിക്കടക്കും.* (സങ്കീര്ത്തനങ്ങള് 18:29) | _With your help I can advance against a troop; with my God I can scale a wall._ (Psalm 18:29)
*എന്റെ ദൈവം തന്റെ മഹത്വത്തിന്റെ സമ്പന്നതയില് നിന്ന് യേശുക്രിസ്തു വഴി നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് ആവശ്യമുള്ളതെല്ലാം നല്കും.* (ഫിലിപ്പി 4:19) | _God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus_ (Philippians 4:19)
You can be sure that God will take care of everything you need (a promise for the generous).
*യേശു പറഞ്ഞു: പിതാവേ, അവരോടു ക്ഷമിക്കണമേ; അവര് ചെയ്യുന്നതെന്തെന്ന് അവര് അറിയുന്നില്ല.* (ലൂക്കാ 23:34) | _Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.”_ (Luke 23:34)
Some verses in Bible help us to become immune to any criticisms or offenses from others.
*അങ്ങയുടെ വചനം എന്റെ പാദത്തിനു വിളക്കും പാതയില് പ്രകാശവുമാണ്.* (സങ്കീര്ത്തനങ്ങള് 119:105) | _Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path._ (Psalm 119:105)
*കര്ത്താവാണു നിന്റെ കാവല്ക്കാരന്; നിനക്കു തണലേകാന് അവിടുന്നു നിന്റെ വലത്തു ഭാഗത്തുണ്ട്. പകല് സൂര്യനോ രാത്രി ചന്ദ്രനോ നിന്നെ ഉപദ്രവിക്കുകയില്ല. സകല തിന്മകളിലുംനിന്നു കര്ത്താവ് നിന്നെ കാത്തു കൊള്ളും; അവിടുന്നു നിന്റെ ജീവന് സംരക്ഷിക്കും. കര്ത്താവു നിന്റെ വ്യാപാരങ്ങളെ ഇന്നുമെന്നേക്കും കാത്തു കൊള്ളും.* (സങ്കീര്ത്തനങ്ങള് 121:5-8) | _The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade at your right hand. *പ്രാര്ഥിക്കുകയും യാചിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന എന്തും ലഭിക്കുമെന്നു വിശ്വസിക്കുവിന്; നിങ്ങള്ക്കു ലഭിക്കുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യും.* (മര്ക്കോസ് 11:24) | _So I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours._ (Mark 11:24)

*ഞാന് നിനക്കു മുന്പേ പോയി മലകള് നിരപ്പാക്കുകയും പിച്ചള വാതിലുകള് തകര്ക്കുകയും ഇരുമ്പോടാമ്പലുകള് ഒടിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും. നിന്നെ പേരു ചൊല്ലി വിളിക്കുന്ന ഇസ്രായേലിന്റെ കര്ത്താവായ ദൈവം ഞാനാണെന്നു നീ അറിയേണ്ടതിന് അന്ധകാരത്തിലെ നിധികളും രഹസ്യ ധനശേഖരവും ഞാന് നിനക്കു തരും.* (ഏശയ്യാ 45:2,3) | _I will go before you and will level the mountains; I will break down gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron. *അങ്ങയുടെ നിയമത്തെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നവര്ക്ക് ശാന്തി ലഭിക്കും; അവര്ക്ക് ഒരു പ്രതിബന്ധവും ഉണ്ടാവുകയില്ല.* (സങ്കീര്ത്തനങ്ങള് 119:165) | _Great peace have those who love your law, and nothing can make them stumble._ (Psalm 119:165)
*പര്വതങ്ങളിലേക്കു ഞാന് കണ്ണുകള് ഉയര്ത്തുന്നു; എനിക്കു സഹായം എവിടെ നിന്നു വരും? എനിക്കു സഹായം കര്ത്താവില് നിന്നു വരുന്നു; ആകാശവും ഭൂമിയും സൃഷ്ടിച്ച കര്ത്താവില് നിന്ന്.* (സങ്കീര്ത്തനങ്ങള് 121:1-2) | _I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth._ (Psalm 121:1-2)
*എന്നെ ശക്തനാക്കുന്നവനിലൂടെ എല്ലാം ചെയ്യാന് എനിക്കു സാധിക്കും.* (ഫിലിപ്പി 4:13) | _I can do all this through him who gives me strength._ (Philippians 4:13)
Rely on Christ for strength, stability and direction.
*നിങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള പദ്ധതി എന്റെ മനസ്സിലുണ്ട്. നിങ്ങളുടെ നാശത്തിനല്ല, ക്ഷേമത്തിനുള്ള പദ്ധതിയാണത് – നിങ്ങള്ക്കു ശുഭമായ ഭാവിയും പ്രത്യാശയും നല്കുന്ന പദ്ധതി.* (ജെറെമിയ 29:11) | _For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future._ (Jeremiah 29:11)
Once we know that God is always with us and his plan is working in us, we can feel peace and hope in any situation.

For those who depend on God, stress and worry are useless. Let us affirm: Instead of worrying, I trust God to meet all my needs.

മുലകുടിക്കുന്ന കുഞ്ഞിനെ അമ്മയ്ക്കു മറക്കാനാവുമോ? പുത്രനോടു പെറ്റമ്മ കരുണ കാണിക്കാതിരിക്കുമോ? അവള് മറന്നാലും ഞാന് നിന്നെ മറക്കുകയില്ല. ഇതാ, *നിന്നെ ഞാന് എന്റെ ഉള്ളംകൈയില് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു.* (ഏശയ്യാ 49:16) | _Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? God has you in the palm of his hand. What an affection and care you are getting!
*എന്റെ ദൈവമായ കര്ത്താവേ, ഞാനങ്ങയോടു നിലവിളിച്ച് അപേക്ഷിച്ചു, അവിടുന്ന് എന്നെ സുഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തു.* (സങ്കീര്ത്തനങ്ങള് 30:2) | _Lord my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me._ (Psalm 30:2)
Jesus the healer is very compassionate to us and heals everyone who seeks him.
*സമുദ്രത്തിലൂടെ കടന്നു പോകുമ്പോള് ഞാന് നിന്നോടു കൂടെയുണ്ടായിരിക്കും. നദികള് കടക്കുമ്പോള് അതു നിന്നെ മുക്കിക്കളയുകയില്ല. അഗ്നിയിലൂടെ നടന്നാലും നിനക്കു പൊള്ളലേല്ക്കുകയില്ല; ജ്വാല നിന്നെ ദഹിപ്പിക്കുകയുമില്ല.* (ഏശയ്യാ 43:2) | _When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze._ (Isaiah 43:2)
When you go through sufferings, remember that God is by your side and nothing is going to harm you.
*ഒന്നിനെക്കുറിച്ചും ആകുലരാകേണ്ടാ. പ്രാര്ഥനയിലൂടെയും അപേക്ഷയിലൂടെയും കൃതജ്ഞതാ സ്തോത്രങ്ങളോടെ നിങ്ങളുടെ യാചനകള് ദൈവസന്നിധിയില് അര്പ്പിക്കുവിന്. അപ്പോള്, നമ്മുടെ എല്ലാ ധാരണയെയും അതിലംഘിക്കുന്ന ദൈവത്തിന്റെ സമാധാനം നിങ്ങളുടെ ഹൃദയങ്ങളെയും ചിന്തകളെയും യേശുക്രിസ്തുവില് കാത്തു കൊള്ളും.* (ഫിലിപ്പി 4:6-7) | _Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. If you do this, you will experience God’s peace._ (Philippians 4:6-7).
Convert all worries into prayers and thank God in faith – you will experience God’s peace. (Note that all Bible translations are not exactly same; some use more relevant and easy to understand words. You may get better clarity by reading both the versions.)
*നിന്റെ ദൈവവും കര്ത്താവുമായ ഞാന് നിന്റെ വലത്തുകൈ പിടിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ഞാനാണു പറയുന്നത്, ഭയപ്പെടേണ്ടാ. ഞാന് നിന്നെ സഹായിക്കും.* (ഏശയ്യാ 41:13) | _For I, the Lord your God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, “Do not fear, I will help you.”_ (Isaiah 41:13)
Bible has a number of verses that can instantly fill you with joy, peace, love and hope. Memorize them, meditate on them, and claim them, for those words of God will manifest in your life. Trust God to fulfill His promises.
*ആകയാല്, നില്ക്കുന്നു എന്നു വിചാരിക്കുന്നവന് വീഴാതെ സൂക്ഷിച്ചുകൊള്ളട്ടെ.* (1 കൊറിന്തോസ് 10:12) | _So, if you think you are standing firm, be careful that you don’t fall!_ (1 Corinthians 10:12)
We may be successful, yet taking frequent course corrections is necessary for outstanding success.
*ഇതാ, കര്ത്താവിന്റെ ദാസി! നിന്റെ വാക്ക് എന്നില് നിറവേറട്ടെ!* (ലൂക്കാ 1:38) | _Here am I, the servant of the Lord; let it be with me according to your word._ (Luke 1:38)
When we feel worry, choose the approach taken by our Blessed Mother (a teenager at that time!): Trust God and accept his plan, even though we don’t understand his plan. Then our mind will be filled with joy.
