When people close to you, hurt you for reasons you don’t understand, accept them as they are, forgive them unconditionally and pray for them – such love is transformative. Forgiveness is a choice and a skill that can be developed with practice.
*എന്റെ ശരീരവും മനസ്സും ക്ഷീണിച്ചു പോയേക്കാം; എന്നാല്, ദൈവമാണ് എന്റെ ബലം.* (സങ്കീര്ത്തനങ്ങള് 73:26) | _My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak, but God remains the strength of my heart. He is mine forever!_ (Psalm 73:26)
This is a verse you may suggest to a person going through old-age; this reminds to depend on God’s strength instead of one’s own. Related verse is Isaiah 40:31 “Those who trust in the Lord for help will find their strength renewed and they will rise on wings like eagles.”

What you give, you’re going to get; you reap what you sow; show mercy if you want God’s blessing on your life.

Say this affirmation powerfully about 10 times in a day, and feel the surge of power flowing to you, even in adverse situations. Example of how to say this affirmation ->

When one gets exposed to fearful news frequently, one becomes a fear-amplifier (as we can see in social media); but when we recite words of hope daily, we become hope-dispensers in our family and community.
അങ്ങയുടെ സന്നിധിയില് ആനന്ദത്തിന്റെ പൂര്ണതയുണ്ട്. (സങ്കീര്ത്തനങ്ങള് 16:11) | You will fill me with joy in your presence. (Psalm 16:11)
Bible has several verses that are helpful in starting a meditation/prayer. Repeat the above verse until you feel joy in your body and mind; close your eyes and amplify that feeling of joy as much as you can. You will find, this feeling of joy can last a few hours or the full day.

Bible is a treasure-house of powerful tips for leading an emotionally healthy and peaceful life.
*ഭയമുണ്ടാകുമ്പോള് ഞാന് അങ്ങയില് ആശ്രയിക്കും. ആരുടെ വചനത്തെ ഞാന് പ്രകീര്ത്തിക്കുന്നുവോ, ആ ദൈവത്തില് നിര്ഭയനായി ഞാന് ആശ്രയിക്കുന്നു.* (സങ്കീര്ത്തനങ്ങള് 56:3,4) | _When I am afraid, I put my trust in God. And when I trust in God I am not afraid! I praise him for what he has promised._ (Psalm 56:3,4 message)
Steps to drive out fear: Surrender to the will of God and pray in faith; turn off fear channels and put trust in the promises of God; thank/praise him for his promises; depend on God’s strength to move forward.
*ഹൃദയത്തെ ദൈവത്തിലുറപ്പിച്ച് കൈകള് ഉയര്ത്തി പ്രാര്ഥിച്ചിരുന്നെങ്കില്! .. നീ സുരക്ഷിതനും നിര്ഭയനും ആയിരിക്കും.* (ജോബ് 11:13,15) | _Surrender your heart to God, turn to him in prayer, and give up your sins. Then you won’t be ashamed; you will be confident and fearless._ (JOB 11:13-15)
To drive out fear, surrender to the will of God and pray in faith. Also turn off channels that generate fear: negative self-talk and media spreading fake news and half-truths.
*മറിയം പറഞ്ഞു: ഇതാ, കര്ത്താവിന്റെ ദാസി! നിന്റെ വാക്ക് എന്നില് നിറവേറട്ടെ!* (ലൂക്കാ 1:38) | _Mary responded, ‘I am the Lord’s servant, and I am willing to accept whatever God wants for my life!’_ (Luke 1:38)
In a fearful situation that is beyond your control or in an embarrassing situation, the first/best thing to do is to surrender completely to the will of God, as Mary did. From disbelief, you will be able to move quickly to acceptance, peace and then hope. Trust in God drives out fear.
*നീ എനിക്കു വിലപ്പെട്ടവനും ബഹുമാന്യനും പ്രിയങ്കരനും ആണ്.* (ഏശയ്യാ 43:4) | _You are precious and honored in my sight, and I love you._ (Isaiah 43:4)
When you feel small or when someone makes you feel small by criticizing, ignoring, or ridiculing, remember who you are and what the ‘CEO of the Universe’ says about you.
*ഞാനാണു കര്ത്താവ്, യഥാകാലം ഞാന് ഇത് ത്വരിതമാക്കും.* (ഏശയ്യാ 60:22) | _I am the Lord, and when it is time, I will make these things happen quickly._ (Isaiah 60:22 NCV)
When you have prayed and prayed and waiting impatiently for the result, remember that a delay is not a denial; trust God to make it happen quickly at the right time – it is our Lord’s promise.
